Rio on a Plate



2 garlic cloves

2 onions

4 TBSP of olive oil

2 TBSP of butter

2 TSP of salt

1/4 cup of Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes

2 cups of frozen peas

2 cups of frozen corn

8 cups of rice



First, sauté garlic cloves, onions, butter, olive oil, and salt in a large sized pan.

Then, add in Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes, frozen peas, and frozen corn.  Stir.

Next, add rice, and stir until all contents warm.

Optional, add BBQ’d steak or chicken.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
